2022 RSC for BAKERY
Regional Skills Competition on BAKERY today August 24, 2022 at Academia De Tecnologia in Mindanao, Inc. Bldg. 4, Cotabato City.
The competitors will be preparing 5 varieties of bread. These are: Pandesal, Baguette, Pretzel, Brioche and Healthy Bread. They are only given 5 hours to finish the competition.
