MOA Signing between World Vision and MBHTE-TESD Lanao del Sur Provincial Office for the Skills Training of the identified IDPs and Out-of-School Youth (OSY) of the vulnerable communities in Marawi City. The fifty (50) OSYs chose Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II and Bread and Pastry Production NC II for employment-ready and livelihood.
