Cotabato City Manpower Development Center Staff Joined the 4th Bangsamoro Foundation Day Parade.

The kick-off ceremony commenced last January 21, 2023 with a parade and decorated floats participated by the different ministries of the BARMM Government.

Various service-oriented activities were line-up for the weeklong celebration it started last January 21, and it will end on January 27, 2023.
