The MBHTE TESD Provisional Provincial Training Center-Sulu (PPTC-SULU) conducted Training Induction Program (TIP) to 30 participants from brgy. Kaunayan patikul, Sulu on September 22,2021 for KAPAKANAN Scholarship Package under Bangsamoro Scholarship Program for TVET (BSPTVET).
Beneficiaries are farmers from brgy. Kaunayan patikul sulu and will be training for 1 week for Plant Crops (leading to agricultural crop production NC-II) where they will train for the core competency of plant Crops.
The KAPANAN or KASANAYAN PARA SA KABUHAYAN NG NANGANGAILANGAN is a community-based training scholarship program that is aimed for particular skills needed for the community and to promote livelihood by having their own business. Aside from free skills training they will also receive entrepreneurship training, values transformation training (VTT), training support fund (TSF), health PPE’s allowances, and starter toolkits.
The beneficiaries are very thankful for having the Scholarship Program, brgy. Kaunayan is located about 10 kilometers away from Jolo downtown which makes transportation difficult, but with the goal of TESDA Abot Lahat PPTC Sulu made the training possible for the beneficiaries.
