This qualification will develop the skills of the trainees in preparing and producing bakery and pastry products, cakes, and desserts.

The training is an IBT and is currently being held at MSU-CHTM, MSU Main Campus, Marawi City, wherein Ismael P. Cali is the Trainer of the said training.
