EMPOWER BARMM – training of Sewing Groups ended and United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) awards 3 sewing machines to each sewing group in Lanao del Sur.
The Provincial Director Aleida Nameerah Mangata, Sir Selahuddin Yu Hashim, Project Coordinator of UNDP, and Executive Director of Moropreneur released the sewing machines, sewing patterns, and booklets to all the beneficiaries.
As output and to put their newly acquired skills into practice, they are expected to produce Personal Protective Device after 5 days. The produced PPDs will be undergoing a quality check by the Provincial Office before they will be forwarded to DTI for the enterprise.
