A total of 146 graduates successfully completed their training and received their Certificates last October 26, 2020 during the Mass Graduation held at James Convention Hall at Shariff Aguak, Maguindanao.
The graduates are beneficiaries of the BARMM Scholarship for TVET, the first scholarship program of MBHTE TESD specifically for the technical-vocational education and training sector.

25 graduates of Bread and Pastry Production NCII
25 gradautes of Electrical Installation and Maintenance NCII
More than 140 students from Shariff Aguak, surrounding areas and including the 63 of North Cotabato have received a certificate after completing the given vocational training course with Technical Vocational Institutions (TVI) of the Technical Education Skills Development (TESD). The graduation ceremony was held on Monday 26 October 2020 in the James Hall Convention Hall at Shariff Aguak, Maguindanao in the presence of BTA Parliament Members, MAFAR, MTIT, LGU of Shariff Aguak, TVI Administrators, Provincial Director of MBHTE-TESD Maguindanao, Mr. Salehk Mangelen and MBHTE-TESD Bangsamoro Director-General Designate, Maam Ruby A. Andong was also present.
The Program aims to stimulate Bangsamoro people to pursue productive careers based on their skills. The Ministry of Basic, Higher and Technical Education aims to maximize employment services, local economic recovery, adequate supply of qualified human resources which can steer the Bangsamoro community to regional progress, spearheaded by the Ministry of Basic, Higher and Technical Education with the Honorable Minister Mohagher Iqbal which was launched during the 3rd quarter of this year. In partnership with other Ministries and Organization including MAFAR (Ministry of Agriculture Fisheries and Agrarian reform), MTIT (Ministry of Trade, Investment and Tourism, LGU of Shariff Aguak, TVI (Technical-Vocational Institute) Administrators and VTT (Vocational Training Team) located around in the Sultan Kudarat and Maguindanao Province.
