IMPACT AND ADVERSITY
The cost of inequity and school failure has a deep impact for each person and societies and that also includes in BARMM Region where communities have experienced several decades of armed conflict and civil unrest. The regional social services such as education had been affected, which resulted in a high number of youth and adults who have limited education, literacy and skills. It will also take a lot of time investment to fill in the gaps and remedy later. Primarily investing in equity, education and in reducing drop outs especially unskilled people really pays off if system amidst the challenges will be implemented properly. We all know that this is a challenge in our part for delivering good education but of course we need to exhaust all of our best options. Hence, this are good recipes for economic efficiency in BARMM. Providing a clear glimpse of a rich horizon for the Bangsamoro people is a reality that we all want to achieve.

Complementary to the efforts of our BARMM Government, the Ministry of Basic, Higher and Technical Education has been operating since then for the development of its people in upskilling out-of-school youth and adults. Technical and skill wise, it continues to increase the chance of its people on the employability and productivity amidst during this pandemic times. Providing great value when students, youth or each individual develops its cognitive skills which of course could contribute to economic growth. Education has also been associated with entrepreneurship and with increasing social mobility with in the community.

“Underdevelop skills in BARMM Region hampers productivity growth which also causes limitations for the effectivity and the spoilage of raw resources.”

Technical Education plays a big responsibility and role in changing dynamics of patterns of inequalities among the effected of communities during the armed conflicts. It is also the best key for social and income mobility.

Ministry of Basic, Higher and Technical plays a dual role in the inter-generational transmission of advantage. It is both: the main channel for socio-economic reproduction and the main avenue for the socio-economic mobility. A very good equitable outcomes are key for both economic prosperity and social cohesion that maybe, a child, adult and old personnel in Bangsamoro must be given priority and chance.

The Bangsamoro Region is a fertile and bountiful area of the Philippines with a young and plentiful workforce, however it has a large socio-economic infrastructural rich resources that needs to developed properly for the sake of its constituents.
