MBHTE – TESD Lanao del Sur conducts a

3 – Day Capacity Development and Strategic Planning the Implementation of EO 79.In order to improve team’s performance and enhance confidence, knowledge, and skills of the employees on Work Place Communication, Technical Writing, and Office Application, Team Lanao del Sur conducted a 3 – Day Capacity Development at Lohas, Laguindingan, Misamis Oriental.

In addition to writeshops and practical application of skills, sharing of mostly encountered challenges of each employee was discussed to co-create a solution to address it. A total of twenty (20) employees from Lanao del Sur Provincial Office participated the Capacity Development.

he resource speakers were MSU Professor Alaminah R. Abdussalam, Professor Jerryk C. Alico, and IT Expert Ali-in B. Montay, Jr. who are all experts in their own fields. In addition, Provincial Director Aleida Nameerah P. Mangata discussed about the Workplace Ethics to ensure positive environment at work place and maintain a respectful, dedicated and committed employees.
